On November 15, 2012 Masuk High School senior Ashley Fedor , daughter of Susan and Tony Fedor, and sister of Matthew Fedor (attending Western New England University) of Monroe, Connecticut, signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York. She will be playing softball for the Molloy Lions led by Coach Susan Cassidy-Lyke and will be competing in the competitive East Coast Conference. The Molloy Lions are the 2012 defending ECC champion’s and were one of only eight teams in the U.S. to earn a spot in the 2010 Division Two College World Series.
Ashley has been a starter for the Masuk High School softball team since her freshman year and was a first team All-SWC and All-State selection as a junior. In addition she has been a member of the Stratford Breakers, one of the premier travel softball programs in the state.
Ashley, a four year honor roll student, will be a Biology major, with plans to pursue her degree in Physical Therapy after completion of her bachelor’s degree from Molloy College.
