Monroe’s Anytime Fitness Center has organized an Outdoor Bootcamp as a Saturday series in Wolfe Park under the direction of Matt Moore of Ansonia, a personal trainer for 18 years and a martial arts specialist for 30 years.
The classes run 75 minutes. They are designed for individuals at all levels of fitness and cover areas such as core synergistic, plyometrics exercise, the CRUNCH system, kickboxing and military-style calisthenics. Club-members and the general public are eligible to register. They should bring with them a water supply and a mat. Cost is $20 for each class.
Moore is certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and by the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
