The potential for linking the Paugussett Trail with the Rails-to-Trails — creating a 10-mile arc for hikers across the northern border of Monroe stretching from Shelton to Trumbull — is to be discussed at the October monthly meeting of the Monroe Land Trust and Tree Conservancy Oct. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Land Use Conference Room at Town Hall.
