J.P. Sredzinski receives endorsement

On Tuesday, February 25, 2014, J.P. Sredzinski received the unanimous endorsement of the Monroe Republican Town Committee in his pursuit for the 112th District State Representative seat being vacated due to the retirement of DebraLee Hovey at the end of her current term.

 

“The Monroe Republican Town Committee is proud to endorse J.P. as the candidate for the 112th”, stated Monroe RTC Chair JeffGuttman, “His strong work ethic and leadership skills will make him an asset for the District in Hartford.”

When asked for a comment on the endorsement, former Town Council Chair, Enid Lipeles stated "I support JP's endorsement by the RTC because I know how hard he will work for Monroe and Newtown at our state capitol.  He has already demonstrated that he cares deeply for our community through his public service at the local level and will be just as effective in Hartford.  I am proud to support JP for State Representative"

The 112th State Representative District is composed of Monroe and a portion of Newtown.  Final selection of the State Representative Candidate will take place on May 14, 2014 at the 112th District Convention.

Sredzinski also announced that his campaign website,www.jpforstaterep.com will be available within the next few weeks for anyone interested in donating to his campaign or getting further information.
