Masuk Post Prom Committee has set up an ivolunteer website for parents of students and other community members to sign up to help out with the May 16th event.

Food donations and volunteers to help set up, clean up and chaperone are all needed. Please check out masukpostprom.ivolunteer.com/ for a full list of event needs.
To date, the committee has secured donations of pizza, pasta and subs from local restaurants, but still needs many more food and beverage items. A full list of items needed is on the ivolunteer website, but some examples include, paper goods, store-bought or homemade food items, like a baked ziti tray, any type of dessert, and both soda and water.
Also, there are multiple chaperone roles available, including helping with student registration, serving food and assisting with activities in the gym. Volunteers are also needed for set up, which begins Friday, May 16th at 2 p.m. Helpers can sign up for times throughout the afternoon and evening until set up is complete for the event which begins around 11 pm. Clean up begins Saturday morning May 17th at 10 a.m. and many volunteers are needed to help.
If you can help, please sign up on masukpostprom.ivolunteer.com/. Reminder emails will be sent out a few days before the event. Non-perishable donations can be dropped off to Masuk starting immediately. Perishable donations can be dropped at the school after 2 pm on May 16th.
