Cupcake Day @ Edith Wheeler Memorial Library

Decorate cupcakes for your Valentine with us.  For all ages!  Children are welcome with a parent's help.  $3.00 donation requested to help with supplies.  Each person can decorate four cupcakes to take home.  All the fixings and the box are included.
