Open House Tour Sunday Includes Renovated Barn

Just one open house in Monroe this weekend, but plenty in neighboring towns.

So many styles and price ranges this Sunday; a great chance to see the real estate options in Monroe and nearby. Start out in Shelton at a loft in a renovated building beside the Housatonic River, move on to a moderate ranch and a new community colonial, and a large newer colonial. Nearby in Trumbull, not to be missed, a former dairy barn in Trumbull, complete with the original silo next to an in-ground pool, in the Nichols area. Finish up back in Monroe with a spacious 7-year-old colonial, where the open house runs until 4.
