Home sales in Monroe area remain slow, with spring around the corner.

In Monroe, Trumbull and Newtown, several modest homes sell in low price ranges, and in Newtown a good-size colonial sells in the mid-$500,000's. It’s safe to say that the spring market is not yet in full swing.
