How to Make Local TV at the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library

Mark Ingram of CommunityVision 21, the public access channel which cablecasts In 14 towns, will explain and demonstrate the process of how ordinary people can create a local television program. He will use the simple camcorder and IMac computer (which are available for public use with training) in this demonstration. Mark Ingram has worked in videoproduction for Charter Communications for 14 years and also has a back ground as an audio technician and digital media artist.
