Popular children's author Elise Primavera and illustrator Diane Goode of the Louise the Big Cheese books will be introducing the new book in the series, Back-to-School Smarty-Pants, to Monroe children with a personal reading and book signing Sept. 10 at Linda's Story Time. The local business was chosen for the promotion by Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing because of its dedication to and celebration of adults reading with children.
