Stand Up for Homes with Hope: Starring Paula Poundstone

Direct from "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me…", Paula Poundstone will be the main attraction on September 10th for the third annual Stand Up for Homes with Hope at Westport's Levitt Pavilion.  All of the proceeds from the evening will support Homes with Hope, the Westport based social services agency which serves our homeless neighbors and those at-risk of homelessness.

Appearing on stage with only a stool, a microphone, and a can of Diet Pepsi, Paula Poundstone is famous for her razor-sharp wit and spontaneity.  The Boston Globe said, "Paula Poundstone improvises with a crowd like a jazz musician…swinging in unexpected directions, without a plan, without a net."

Pre-show festivities (open to all sponsors and $100 ticket holders) will begin at 7 pm and include cocktails, catering by "A Dash of Salt" and an auction.  The show begins at 9:00pm.
