Monroe Student to Perform in Beauty and the Beast

Michael Lenard of Monroe, a Notre Dame High School student, will perform in his school's production of Beauty and the Beast at the Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts at Sacred Heart University on May 6 and 7.

There will be one show at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 6, and two on Saturday, May 7, at 2 and 8 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and $7 for students and children ages five and older.

Theater fans can meet the cast prior to the shows at a Beauty and the Beast Character Breakfast on April 30 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. The event costs $5 for children and adults.

Photographs with the cast of Beauty and the Beast will be available.
