Kimberly Scott, 22, of Tashua Road was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. She was released on $500 bond for a Dec. 10 court date.

Police said officers saw a black 2010 Mercedes Benz cross over the fog line on the right while heading south on Main Street. The police cruiser caught up to the Mercedes on Judd Road where the officer saw the car cross over the center line, jerk back into the lane then almost go off the road to the right, according to the report.

After stopping the car, police said there the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on the driver, Scott, and that she had bloodshot, glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests determined she was under the influence and a breath test at headquarters showed a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, police said.
