Benedict's Winter Farmers Market Debuts Friday Afternoon

Bruce Benedict announced that Benedict's Home & Garden will host six farmers markets on consecutive Fridays from 2 to 5 p.m.

New England farming may be out of season, but Bruce Benedict, owner of Benedict's Home & Garden, is hosting a series of Friday farmers markets inside a greenhouse on his 480 Purdy Hill Road property. The first ever Winter Farmers Market starts today and will be held from 2 to 5 p.m.

The farmers market will then be held for five more Fridays.

Today's vendors include: Guy's Eco Garden, Moorefield Farm, Daffodil Hill Growers, Molly and Murphy, The Olive Oil Factory, Gazy Brothers Farm and Carrot Top Kitchens.
