A Bead of Roses of Newtown, CT is proud to announce the release of memorial bracelet for Ben Wheeler, one of the children lost in the Sandy Hook Tragedy.
Ben Wheeler was an irrepressible boy; nothing moved quickly enough for him and the joy he showed in his headlong rush through life was contagious. Quick to smile, quick to laugh, eyes sparkling always with his love of everything (and a good deal of mischief) he was an energetic spirit who filled the house with a delightful noise.
At Ben’s memorial service, Trinity Church was filled with images and models of Ben’s beloved lighthouses. Now Ben Wheeler is a lighthouse for all of us.
Proceeds from the sale of this bracelet support Ben's Lighthouse, a non-profit charity organization overseen by Trinity Church and created in honor of Ben Wheeler and his Sandy Hook School classmates to promote the long term health of the children and families in the region while nurturing an environment of non-violence and caring.
