Finalists Announced for Business of the Year - Voting Now Open!
The Monroe EDC is happy to announce the finalists for the first annual Business of the Year awards.
The awards ceremony will be held at the 11th annual Monroe Means Business on October 17, 2013 from 6:30pm – 9:00pm at the Waterview on 215 Roosevelt Drive, Route 34, overlooking the beautiful Lake Zoar, where one company in each category will be honored as Business of the Year.

Beautification: A business that has improved the appearance of an existing property in the Town of Monroe.

New Business / Construction: A business that has been operating in the Town of Monroe for 1 year or less.
· Collaborative Women’s Center

· Koko Fit Club
Achievement: A business that has been operating in the Town of Monroe for 10 years or more and has shown consistent support for the town.

· Irene’s Flower Shop
· Linda’s Story Time
· Sippin Energy
Everyone in the community is invited to vote for the business they feel is most deserving of each honor. Voting will remain open through the evening of October 17. Registered Monroe Means Business exhibitors will be invited to submit one more vote in each category on the evening of the event.
