Local Coach Finalists for Trainer of the Year

Coach Kevin Gendron, cracked the top15 out of over 1000 entries in the search for the 2014 PFP Trainer of the Year.

Gendron graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 1991 with a Master’s Degree in human performance and  received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification soon after.   He started Better Athletic Development in 1999 and opened the current facility in 2003.   He has trained some of CT’s best high school and college athletes some who have gone on to the professional ranks most recently Thomas Milone from Masuk High School who was drafted in the 4th round by the Tampa Bay Rays organization of Major League Baseball.
