Getting to Know Your Neighborhood Realtors! - Michael and Donna Pantano

Getting to Know Your Neighborhood Realtors - Michael and Donna Pantano ...a personal view of our lives and our business.

As I enjoy this sunny but blustery day from the comfort of my kitchen, I thought it was a good time to share a bit about us - your neighborhood Realtors!

For the past fifteen years we have lived in Monroe.  Prior to moving here, we lived and raised our family in Easton.  I grew up in Stratford and Michael was raised in Fairfield.  During our many years at William Raveis Real Estate, we have enjoyed helping families with their Real Estate needs from Milford to Greenwich.  So, as you can imagine, we know Fairfield County! Our primary business is focused on Monroe, Trumbull, Easton and Fairfield.  We know these towns well and can help orient a homebuyer to any given area of these towns.

While at William Raveis Real Estate we have been granted membership to the elite Chairman's Club for outstanding production and we consistantly are awarded the Raveis Excellence in Customer Service Award due to the many wonderful testimonials from our clients.

Our daughter, Vanessa, and her husband, Craig, are Villanova graduates and have recently welcomed their first child (and our grandson!), Benjamin Michael into the world.  Our son, Mike, is a graduate of the Environmental College of Science and Forestry - SUNY - on the Syracuse campus.

Michael and I bring very different qualities to the table for our clients.  Michael has a lifetime of experience in sales and negotiating and my strength is in explaining the transaction, staging and marketing.  Together we enjoy meeting people and walking them through the home buying/selling process. It's our passion. Every transaction - no matter how big or small - enjoys the expertise of two dedicated Realtors who know your neighborhood.

Michael and Donna - 203-520-5297 - pantanoteam@raveis.com Our office is now located in Trumbull at 945 White Plains Road.

I've added some pictures....take a peek!

Thank you everyone for your comments. Carl - will try not to be offended by your "anyone withRead More half a brain" comment. I am dismayed to hear Dawn that you have made this effort and been turned down by the town and police department (it's not uncommon for me to see the police speeding up and down Moose Hill Road too!) Glad to hear, though, that I am not alone in seeing a need for people to get a grip on the road. Slow down. Hang up. Comply with stop signs and stop lights. Be courteous.

I have been tail-gated so many times - everywhere in Monroe - I drive a little over the posted speedRead More limit BUT I respect the people walking (most of the time in the wrong direction) and bike riders (they too ride in the wrong direction. HANG UP THE PHONE - DON'T PIGGY BACK thru a stop sign, and learn the right of way rule. AND STOP SIGNS mean S T O P!!! Robin lane people are good for running stop signs. And Pepper Street is 25 mph - NOT 45 or 50!!! Walkers & runners FACE TRAFFIC - Bike riders RIDE WITH TRAFFIC. AND one more thing - don't block the drive ways if there is a stop light - and someone coming in or out - let them and move on. THANKS for letting me get this off my chest!!!!!

Good luck Laura, My husband and I tried to get some on Purdy Hill Road from Rt.111 to Rt.25. theyRead More said they can't do it. I have asked numerous times to have a police officer sit in Farmview or use our driveway, said it's too dangerous, go figure. Tired of drivers around town having no respect for other drivers and people walking on side of road. It gets to the point that I don't even want to leave my house. Get a clue people slow down, stay off phones, it's not hard.
