St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner, and Maltose Express in Monroe has been selling more beer kits for stouts, according to owner Mark Szamatulski.
On Tuesday morning, Szamatulski talked about the beer making process, while brewing a 10-gallon batch outside the building on Main Street.
