Jane E. and Peter W. Allen sold a house at 11 Hamlet Lane to Nicholas DeBrizzi for $333,000 on April 23.
Douglas J. Murray Jr. sold a house at 148 Pepper Street to John Benvenuti for $115,000 on April 23.
