"Scarves For Sandy Hook"

Calling all knitters and crocheters....

We are looking to collect 600 scarves for the children and faculty of Sandy Hook Elementary School.   "If we cannot wrap our arms around these children and their teachers, we will wrap them in warmth with scarves handmade with love in their school spirit colors".

Scarves for children - 5-6 inches wide, 40-50 inches long.  Any pattern is fine, but please use KELLY OR SHAMROCK GREEN AND WHITE (school colors).  With or without fringe.  Place each completed scarf in a zip-loc and consider including a little tag saying something like "crafted with love by someone who cares in (town, state)".
