TOWN WIDE TRUNK AND TREAT

Come join in the towns second Trunk and Treat Event on Sat. October 27th.  It will be held at Masuk High School from 4-7pm.  We are asking for a $5 donation per car, with proceeds to go to Project Warmth (supplying heat for town residents without).  We will also be collecting perishable food items for the food pantry at the entrance (Thanksgiving is coming!)
Register how many children you plan on bringing at www.monroerec.org .  If you would like to be close to a group, we suggest you come together.  You will enter through the main gate and parking will go to the furthest part of lot first so plan accordingly.  If you have to leave before 6:30, please plan on parking farthest away from main gate.  No one will be allowed in main gate after 4:15 and you will not be able to drive through the parking lot as it would be a hazard to children.  We will start rounding people up at 6:30.
Please be on the lookout for an e-mail blast from Kelly Cunningham on Friday, Oct 28 to give a count of how many children are registered so you can plan accordingly with candy or prizes.  Please do not come if you do not plan to hand out "treats".  We would not want this to be unfair.
