The mother of all yogas, it is the whole package: Pranayama(breathing), Bandhas(locks), Mudras (hand positions), Asanas(postures), Mantras(sound vibration), Meditation, Relaxation
This class will help you develop a relationship with your breath. It strengthens and rebalances the nervous system, stretches and builds muscles, stimulates circulation, massages the endocrine glands and internal organs and cleanses the tissues of the body.

We will be working on a Kryia (a sequence of postures, breath and sound that are integrated together to allow the manifestation of a particular state) for the ten bodies/powerful capacities of the psyche. Your caliber is determined by the balance of your ten bodies.
A human being has a physical body, three mental bodies and six energy bodies. 1) Soul Body; 2) Negative Mind; 3) Positive Mind; 4) Neutral Mind; 5) Physical Body; 6) Arcline; 7) Aura; 8)Pranic Body; 9) Subtle Body and 10)The Radiant Body

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

It is best to be barefoot so the nerve-endings in your feet can breathe

Preferably wait 2 hours after eating

Never practice under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Hydrate, Hydrate Hydrate.
Clean pure water is best

Don't aggravate an existing injury. Know your body
