An Online Fundraiser for a Monroe Family Who Lost Their Home

Friends and relatives raise money for the Stoica family, who lost their house in a fire this holiday season.

The Stoica family lost their home at 15 High Meadow Road when a fire gutted their house Monday night. Now friends and family started a page on FundRazr to raise funds to help them get back on their feet.

Crystal Perachio of Bridgeport started the page at this Web link: Help the Stoica Family after house fire 12/09/13.

The description says:

The Stoica Family has been part of the Monroe Community for many years now. They lost their home to a tragic house fire on December 9, 2013. They are all safe and healthy. They are wonderful, loving people who need our help in making this Holiday come together in a positive way. They have a 16 & 13 year old daughter Sam and Cassandra. Teddy and Nina Stoica and daughters, and dog, leave behind all their most prized possessions.

We are asking for cash donations.
