Open Play at Whippersnapper's Play Gym in Cheshire: Whippersnapper's Open play is available to members and non-members. Open play is not monitored by staff. You may use the gym and the equipment that is in the gym as you wish (within gym rules) and you must stay with your children.

Indoor Animal Feedings at Earthplace - The Nature Discovery Center: Bring your kids down to Earthplace today and learn all about the resident indoor animals as we go about the important business of feeding them! This fun program is free with admission and does not require registration.

In the Dark: Animal Survival Strategies: The Bruce Museum invites visitors to explore four different environments this winter – fragile caves, deep soil, and the forest and desert at night -- to discover the unique and unusual ways that organisms have adapted to living without light.

Wonder Women of Fairfield at the Fairfield Museum and History Center: Fairfield wouldn't what it is today without the vision and determination of its most famous women. Explore how 20th century women (politicians, philanthropists, naturalists, business) forged new avenues of achievement not open to earlier generations.

Animals in Spring at Westmorland Sanctuary. The weather is beginning to change and while there may still be a chill in the air spring is on its way! What are the animals doing to get ready for spring?

Ecology Club for Families with Special Needs at Rye Nature Center. Children with special needs are invited to bring a family member with them to the Nature Center and enjoy animal programs, hikes, and other fun science and sensory adventures.

Behind the Scenes Tour at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk! Enjoy special access at the Maritime Aquarium of Norwalk and get up close and personal with the amazing residents! Your kids will have a ton of fun and you'll be the coolest adults on the block!
