Stephanie McQueen Joins Kingswood Oxford as Major Gifts Officer

West Hartford native Stephanie McQueen, a fundraiser who’s worked at Trinity College and Wesleyan University, has been named a Major Gifts Officer at Kingswood Oxford School.

She will join the KO Advancement team headed by Director of Institutional Advancement Debra Coleman Hyde ’68.

A graduate of Northwest Catholic High School, McQueen earned her BA at Assumption College and her Master’s from Trinity College. She was an Annual Giving Officer at Trinity from 2007-11, when she moved to Wesleyan University as the Assistant Director of 25th and 30th Reunion Programs.

"I’m thrilled to join the KO family,” said McQueen, who lives in Unionville. “KO has an incredibly loyal and generous alumni body, and I am looking forward to building and strengthening these relationships and enhancing the culture of philanthropy as we look toward the future."

Donations to the KO Fund hit a record-breaking $1,208,341 in 2012-13, with a remarkable 100% participation from KO faculty, staff, and Trustees and Trustees Emeriti.
