Three Bobcat Sightings and Two Photos
One wildcat was photographed through a Nickel Place resident's window.
Three Bobcat sightings were reported in town over the past two weeks and one homeowner on Nickel Place managed to take two photos of the wildcat in her yard. Those pictures are included with this story.
The first sighting was reported on Fairlea Drive at 4:51 p.m. and the second on Nickel Place at 9:05 p.m. on June 3. The third sighting was on Christianna Drive at 2:33 p.m. on June 5.
In all cases, normal behavior was described and Animal Control Officer Ed Risko said literature with common cautions for Bobcats was given to residents.
