Parks and Recreation's Karate program is designed for students to build confidence, focus and discipline as well as respect and self-esteem. Students will also improve their balance, coordination, strength and flexibility while having fun. Certified instructors will not only help your child in these areas but also keep your child healthy through exercise. Session 9 will be held March
4 through May 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (no class April 3, 15, 17).
Classes are in the gym at Monroe Elementary School. Little Ninjas,
age 4-6, meet at 6:30-7:00pm. Beginner Karate, age 7-adult, meet
at 7:15-8:00pm. Advanced Karate, age 7-adult, meet at
8:00-8:45pm. Family discount for students attending two classes per week:
the 2nd-4th family members get a $50
