Winter Karate Offered by Parks and Recreation

Parks and Recreation's Karate program is designed for students to build confidence, focus and discipline as well as respect and self-esteem.  Students will also improve their balance, coordination, strength and flexibility while having fun.  Certified instructors will not only help your child in these areas but also keep your child healthy through exercise.  Age appropriate verbal and physical self-defense is taught in a safe and fun environment.  Try a free class.  For more information call 203-936-7508 or visit www.superiorkarate.net.
