Session 3:  Dec 4 – Dec 18 on Wed at 7:00-8:00 pm.  Location:  Fawn Hollow School.  Fee:  $27 resident/$37 non-resident.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning takes the original ZUMBA dance fitness to the next level with the addition of lightweight toning sticks or dumbbells; it is created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms.  The benefit of Zumba Toning is to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  It also improves bone density along with joint and range of motion, coordination, ability, motor control and cognitive function.  Increase your caloric expenditure for maximum weight management and/or weight loss. Using light weighs also improves your ability to perform pain free activities for daily living.  1lb-3lb (MAX) hand weights can be used or you may purchase Zumba toning weights thru your instructor for additional fee.

Session 3:  Dec 2 – Dec 16 on Mon at 6:30-7:30 pm.  Location:  Fawn Hollow School.  Fee:  $27 resident/$37 non-resident.
