On June 1, police said officers responded to the report of underage drinking at a house party at that address and saw youths running away from the house upon their arrival.

Police said Besisi-Celli reportedly was aware of the party, but was not aware of any alcohol at the party. Based on the investigation, a warrant was applied for Besisi-Celli's arrest.
