A "mistake" 911 call led to a warrant arrest of an Arbor Road woman Oct. 13 for allegedly hosting a house party for underage guests, in which alcohol was consumed, last spring.
Joann Celli-Bisesi, 52, was charged with risk of injury/impairing morals and permitting a minor to possess alcohol at a dwelling and released on $500 bond for an Oct. 23 court date.
Officers responding to 911 hangup call on Arbor Road at around 12:52 p.m. on Oct. 13 were told by a resident that the call was a mistake, however, the officers found there was an active arrest warrant for one of the home's occupants, Celli-Bisesi, police said.
On June 1, police said officers responded to the report of underage drinking at a house party at that address and saw youths running away from the house upon their arrival.
Police said Besisi-Celli reportedly was aware of the party, but was not aware of any alcohol at the party. Based on the investigation, a warrant was applied for Besisi-Celli's arrest.
