Dirt Bike Rider Turns Self in for Pastors Walk Dispute

A Newtown man was arrested for threatening and breach of peace.

The following information was supplied by the Monroe Police Department. No arrested person is guilty until so judged in a court of law.

A Pastors Walk man was for allegedly spraying a dirt bike rider with a garden hose as he rode past him on his street in early July. On Monday, the rider turned himself in on a warrant for confronting him over it.

Jacob Browning, 21, of Cold Spring Road in Newtown was charged with threatening and breach of peace. Bond was set at $2,500.

Police said the charges stem from Browning's reaction to being sprayed with the hose.
