Monroe's three fire companies responded to 12 incidents from July 4 to 10
The town's three fire departments responded to 12 incidents during the period of July 4-10. The calls include the following:
Stepney: Three activated fire alarms, one motor vehicle accident, one report of smoke in a building and one assist to the EMS.
Monroe: Three activated commercial fire alarms, one report of wires down, one report of smoke in a building and one assist to EMS.
Stevenson: One report of smoke in a building.
