Firefighters Put Out Car Fire at Village Square

A restored vintage car burst into flames just before 10 on Sunday morning.

Lee Hossler of Monroe snapped photos of a restored car that burst into flames on the Village Square parking lot on Route 111 just before 10 a.m. Sunday. He said Monroe volunteer firefighters extinguished the fire.

It was a Cadillac of the sixties or early seventies.
