Monroe Man arrested in New Hampshire for Soliciting a Minor

The 16-year-old girl he met on the Internet was actually an undercover cop, according to police.

NEW HAMPSHIRE — A Monroe man was arrested for allegedly using the Internet to solicit sex from someone he believed to be a 16-year-old girl. It was actually an undercover police officer, according to a Union Leader.com article.

Neal Skolnick, 42, of Cross Hill Road was arrested at a motel after a meeting had been arranged, police said. He is being held on $20,000 cash bail pending arraignment in Nashua District Court.
