Police Charge Easton Man in Two More Monroe Burglaries

Police previously arrested Eammon Donnelly and Conner James Buckley for burglary in town. Donnelly was arrested on two more warrants on Wednesday.

The following information was supplied by the Monroe Police Department. No arrested person is guilty until so judged in a court of law.

Eammon Donnelly, 30, of Tuckahoe Road in Easton turned himself in on two warrants Wednesday stemming from burglaries on Barn Hill and East Village roads in October.

Donnelly was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree larceny for the burglary of a Barn Hill Road home on Oct. 16, in which police said $2,125 worth of jewelry was stolen.

The second warrant charged Donnelly in the burglary of a house on East Village Road in which jewelry was stolen. The homeowner did not yet turn in an inventory of stolen belongings, according to police.

Donnelly was released on a total of $30,000 bond for the two warrants.

Previously, police had arrested Donnelly and Conner James Buckley of Shelton on Oct. 23 for the Oct. 9 burglary of a home on Purdy Hill Road.
