Police Make An Arrest in Monroe Car Wash Burglary

A Bridgeport man turned himself in on a warrant Dec. 5, charging him in the Sept. 15 burglary of Monroe Car Wash, 178 Main Street in Monroe.

Patrick R. Reilly, 37, of Noble Ave was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny and released on $1,000 bond for a Dec. 12 court date.

On Sept. 15, the car wash manager reported the business had been broken into overnight and $400 dollars in cash was taken from the office. Reilly was a former employee of the car wash, according to police.
