A Southbury man turned himself in on a warrant Monday morning for allegedly issuing a bad check at Whitney Farms on Route 110 on March 10.
Deane A. Moss III, 49, of Main Street North was charged with issuing a bad check and fourth-degree larceny.
He was released on $2,000 bond for an April 6 court date.
