Police Reports: A Stolen Bumper, Bogus Charges
A $600 bumper was stolen off of a truck, credit card fraud was reported

A $600 bumper was reported stolen Sunday off of a Mitsubishi Fusu flatbed work truck.
A 52-year-old Newtown man told police the bumper was missing when he arrived at work at 74 Enterprise Drive in Monroe at 6:30 p.m., according to the report. Police said he had last seen the bumper the day before.

Credit Card Fraud
A 47-year-old Rockwood Lane man reported Sunday that someone used his credit card number to make $534.73 worth of fraudulent charges in Ohio.

Police said he was contacted by the Bank of America Fraud Detection Unit and told about two suspicious transactions on May 3, a one dollar charge to Fed Ex and a $533.73 purchase at a Toys "R" Us.
Bank of America issued him a new credit card and account, according to the report.
Police said the Monroe resident decided to report the crime after reading about a similar case on Patch.
