Police Reports: Assault at Dunkin Donuts

A 17-year-old Bridgeport male was arrested for alleged "sucker punch."

A 19-year-old West Haven man told police he was "sucker punched" at Dunkin Donuts, 135 Main St., Tuesday at 6:46 p.m.

The victim told officers he thought he knew the suspect, who fled the scene in a black Honda Civic after punching him in the left cheek.

A police investigation determined the two males did know each other and had argued inside the store, before deciding to settle it outside, where the assault took place.
