Anthony Cartisano, 23, of Princess Wenonah Drive was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and driving under the influence. He was released on $250 bond for a June 28 court date.

Police said Cartisano had glassy, watery eyes and told officers he had been drinking and that he did not stop at the stop sign because nobody was coming. Field sobriety and breath tests determined he was under the influence, according to the report.
