A Monroe woman told police she lost a $100 bill near Edith Wheeler Memorial Library Wednesday at 12:14 p.m.
Police said she was leaving the library and reached into her pocket to retrieve her cell phone when she noticed the bill was missing. She turned back and looked for it to no avail.
