Police Reports: Operating a Drug Factory

Elm Street man turns himself in on a warrant stemming from a narcotics investigation.

An Elm Street man turned himself in on an arrest warrant at police headquarters, 7 Fan Hill Road, at 6:54 Thursday morning.

Thomas Daniels, 29, was charged with illegal possession of a narcotic substance, possession with intent to sell, failure to keep narcotics in its original container and operating a drug factory.

He was released on $100,000 surety bond for an Aug. 27 court date.

Sgt. Pete Howard said the charges stem from an investigation that began in April.
