At 4:21 p.m. on Thursday, officers were called to Carl Anthony's Restaurant on Main Street because a terminated employee was hanging around the parking lot, while waiting to confront the owner, according to police.

The owner called police and officers asked the employee, a 30-year-old Trumbull man, to leave, assuring him that he would receive his final check in the mail, and he left without incident, according to the report.
