Police Reports: Stolen Shirts, a Red Purse, No Charges

A Swiss Army employee was fired for allegedly stealing, but no criminal charges were filed. A woman should be reunited with her lost purse.

No Shirts, No Job

Victorinox-Swiss Army, 7 Victoria Drive, fired an employee Monday for allegedly stealing $170 worth of shirts from its store. But police said the business declined to bring criminal charges.

A Good Samaritan

The manager of the Subway at 447 Monroe Turnpike turned in a red purse that a customer had left in a booth Monday. Police said officers found identification inside the handbag and has contacted its owner.
