Police Reports: Windshield Smashed, Possibly with a Hammer
A company truck was vandalized and a cell phone was reported stolen.
Smashed Windshield
The windshield of a Ford F350 pickup truck was smashed when it was parked at a business on 74 Enterprise Drive, according to a police complaint that came in on Thursday.
The owner, a 69-year-old Trumbull man, told police the damage was discovered at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The truck had been left in the parking lot at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police estimate that there was $200 worth of damage to the window, which they said was broken with a hard object, possibly a hammer.

Lost or Stolen Cell Phone
A Stonewall Lane woman told police Thursday that her 15-year-old daughter had left her gym bag on a bench near the lacrosse field at Masuk High School on Wednesday and could not find her cell phone in it when she got home.
The incident is under investigation.
