Redding Man Turns Himself in on a Warrant for DUI

Police say the arrest stems from an incident on January 17.

The following information was supplied by the Monroe Police Department. No arrested person is guilty until so judged in a court of law.

Ronald Rainey, 72, of West Woodland Drive in Redding turned himself in on a warrant charging him with DUI on April 4 at 2:40 p.m., according to police.

Rainey was also charged with failure to drive in the established lane and failure to use a seat belt. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 11.
