Initial Report

At 10:50 a.m. orange cones closed off access to Pepper Street from the northern portion of Route 25 and a police cruiser with its strobe lights on also deterred traffic coming from the Tollgate Plaza shopping center nearby. A truck carrying garbage had rolled over in an accident earlier Friday morning.

Trash is all over the street by a driveway of one business and workers are currently cleaning up the mess.
