On Aug. 18, the loss prevention officer reported an incident that took place at 6 p.m. the previous evening.
Police said the store security was tipped off about the theft by an employee who saw a bald, white man, who appeared to be around 50-years-old, take packages of shrimp and steaks, put it in a store basket, and leave Big Y without paying for it.
