The following information was supplied by the Monroe Police Department. No arrested person is guilty until so judged in a court of law.
Thomas McNamara, 21, of Harvester Road in Monroe was arrested on a warrant Tuesday night charging him with a DUI stemming from a one-car-accident on Judd Road on Jan. 12, according to police.
He was released on $500 bond for a March 27 court date.
