UPDATE: Gas Line Struck on Northbrook Drive Tuesday
Repairs are underway and no injuries reported.
Yankee Gas crews are on the scene of a struck gas line on Northbrook Drive, near Rockview Circle, where private contractors are doing work on a condominium complex.
The company received a report of a “hit service” at around 2:15 p.m., according to spokesman Mitch Gross, and sent a team to investigate. Crews arrived shortly after to find a single struck gas line and began repairs.
There were no injuries reported, according to Gross.
